Suspended Plate Magnet is designed for effective tramp metals extraction from the high volume material by installation above Conveyors. Using big-size ferrite and a properly designed configuration ensures the tramp iron can be taken from thick layer material flow by heavy-duty plate. For fine metal powders in thin layer material flow, a light-duty plate made of rare earth magnet is available also.

Supplied with deep mounting tapped holes in the back of the plate or four eye bolts, these plate magnets can be rigidly mounted with threaded bolts or suspended by eye bolts using cable or chain systems.

 Product Details 

1. Plate magnets are mainly applied to remove the iron nails, wire, nuts, and other iron-contained impurities in the transportation process of granular or lump material which includes gravel, grain, sugar, flour, wood, and minerals.

2. Made from 304 or 316 food-safe grade stainless steel which will not pollute material.

3. Divided into flush face (FF) type, exposed pole (EP) type, and spout type(S) type. Specific requirements can be customized. Easy to install and clean.
